Terms, Finance Charges and Late Fees

By requesting services from PALMATEC L.L.C., Totera Web Systems, AXON WEB HOSTING, or NAMEGIG.com you agree to the following terms:
  1. PALMATEC will notify you when the requested services are complete. 
    Contact us BEFORE the Due Date indicated on the invoice if you wish to dispute a charge on the invoice.
  2. All fees must be paid-in-full by the Due Date indicated on the invoice.
  3. All customers are initially granted payment terms of Net 15.
  4. All past due accounts may be subject to immediate credit restriction and will be required to prepay for all future services.
  5. All invoices not paid by the Due Date indicated on the invoice will be charged a service charge of two percent (2.0%) or $5.00 (whichever is greater) per month on the unpaid balance.
  6. Late fees are compounded on the first day of each month that an outstanding balance remains.
  7. Failure to pay any invoice within ninety (90) days of invoice date may result in additional charges, including collection costs and attorney fees.
  8. If balance due is not paid-in-full after a second notice or reminder is issued, services may be cancelled.
